The innovative PV® crimp wiring system connects discrete wires to printed circuit boards. Highly reliable bimetallic female terminals insert into industry standard 0.025-inch (0.635 mm) square guide posts. A variety of widths, protection and guidance options are available on both sides of the connector interface.
PV® female terminals on the wire side accept wires and can be used directly or inserted into MINI-LATCH connector housings with multiple circuits and optional polarization keys.
Shielded multi-post plugs on the printed circuit side have an integrated friction feature that grips both sides of the MINI-LATCH housing and reduces the risk of disengagement. Other options for Amphenol ICC plugs include discrete stake pins or BergStik® unshielded plugs.
MicroSpaceXS™ 1.27mm Rivet Wire Connector Platform
The MicroSpaceXS™ Rivet Wire Connector Platform features a unique design that complies with LV214 Severity-3 and USCAR-T2V2 specifications.
